Our Scope of Services

Client specified and named consultant to undertake post fire incident resulting in fatality to review all fire detection and fire alarm systems for compliance with British Standards and operational alignment to premises type.

Working as an integral part of the project team supporting the client’s Statutory Building Services Project Manager to jointly define and specify the fire detection and fire alarm system upgrade requirements for more than 500 properties of different use. 

Following the specification of system category each system was verified for compliance with as fitted drawings of the existing system produced supported by a comprehensive verification report listing out all defects and variations for agreement with all relevant parties.

Rely on Fire Check produced detailed specification documentation including design drawings to enable the contractor to undertake system upgrades and replacements with Rely on Fire Check being appointed to undertake 3rd party verification service of all systems including a BS 5839 and British Approvals of Fire Equipment (BAFE) certification.
