On this course, delegates will develop their knowledge from the Base Knowledge Modules and apply this to the Design, Modification, and Verification of Fire Detection & Fire Alarm Systems to BS 5839-1 and BS 5839-6. Emphasis is placed on the process of receiving an enquiry, carrying out surveys leading to fire system design and verification, drawing from plan, certification, and the appropriate recording and documentation requirements. The course uses practical exercises for practice of design techniques culminating in design layout examinations where delegates confirm their knowledge.
